1. It refreshes the leads memory that they were at my site and most will click the url link and return.
2. It starts creating the link or association between the lead and myself.

When I get an event notice, that a person on my friends list is having a birthday. I will cut a short 20-30 second video, wishing them joyful birthday.
This helps you standout from all the others, who are sending text messages.
