There are two means I know of how you can identify a Limiting Belief:
1) Make a statement concerning something you desire to acquire or be, e.g. "I am rich". Then listen strongly to the "self-talk" in your mind. What "does your mind say" just after that statement?
Does it say: "You will never have ample money!" or "Making money is not easy!" or "You are just not excellent"?
Ok, you have presently found few of your Limiting Beliefs!!
2) Make a statement about anything you want to have or be. Then notice any uncomfortable sentiment in your body occur. For many humans this will be somewhere in your chest or stomach, but it may be anywhere in your body.
